What Is the WorksWonders Program?
Established by the Texas Legislature in 1978, the WorksWonders Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions by offering them opportunities for employment within agencies of the State of Texas. As one of two Community Rehabilitation Partners (CRPs) in the Austin area, GSG Talent Solutions ensures that 75% of our labor hours are fulfilled by individuals facing health challenges, bringing unique perspectives and strengths to the State of Texas.

All information related to disability qualifications is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any external entities. Final qualification will be verified internally by Goodwill Central Texas.
