What Is the WorksWonders Program?

Established by the Texas Legislature in 1978, the WorksWonders Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions by offering them opportunities for employment. As one of two Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRPs) in the Austin area, GSG Talent Solutions ensures that 75% of our labor hours are fulfilled by individuals facing health challenges, bringing unique perspectives and strengths to your organization.
