Upon a successful referral from one of their business partners, the customer (a warehouse fulfillment center) set up a consultation with GSG Talent Solutions to see if we would be a good fit. The customer had experience with a few different staffing companies in the past, but the quality of personnel they were provided wasn’t satisfying the output results they were anticipating. We started the partnership with a trial order of five positions to illustrate our services.
After the initial consultation, our Recruiting Team toured the facility, met with each divisional front-line supervisor, and assessed for safety standards. Then, we developed a customized recruiting process to source candidates within the matrix of expectations that we compiled from the customer. Any initial personnel incompatibilities were noted, and the feedback we received allowed us to further refine our matrix to deliver the right candidates for the job.
The quality of personnel we provided spoke for itself. After successfully fulfilling the trial placement order, we quickly began fulfilling the center’s growing staffing needs. Within a month we were selected as their primary firm and over the busy holiday season, we oversaw the delivery of more than 75 people per day to handle their fulfillment orders. By prioritizing customer service and taking the time to understand the customer’s needs, we were able to source results-driven team members with the soft-skills and drive necessary to ensure a long-lasting partnership that thrived even after the holiday season.
